  • In Luke 8:16, Jesus talks about being transparent. When you light a lamp, you don't hide it. Instead, you put it on a stand so everyone can see the light.”
  • John 8:31-32 (truth seekers) “If you continue in My word, you are My disciples. Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.” We have nothing to fear from knowing the truth. We care more about truth even when it goes against who we are.
  • Romans 12:14-15 "Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn."
  • 1 Samuel 16:7 (NIV): "But the Lord said to Samuel, 'Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.'"

  • Personal responsibility is of utmost importance. In life, We are where we are because of who we are and how we think. It was our decisions and choices. We made them and we will make them in the future. We take responsibility and blame - we do not give it.

  • We focus on being true to the Men Can Clean Too! system and cleaning order to best adapt to new houses. As leaders, it is up to us to show new employees why Men Can Clean Too! is a professional cleaning company. We want new employees to become professionals.
  • The only limits we have are those we place on ourselves. As leaders in Men Can Clean Too!, we can not always afford the luxury of having limits. Most privileges are not reserved for us. We have to strive to push the boundaries to set an example and show those we lead what is possible
  • Joyful, fun, caring atmosphere and attitude accompanied by confidence and a smile. We are the leaders. We set the tone in all things. Most results are in our control.
  • Each employee is trained to be able to explain services, pricing, and why they are how they are.
